YXNGSTAR accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

Standard Returns
For returns that are not due to an error or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact YXNGSTAR as soon as possible. Approved issues will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fees
YXNGSTAR does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
